About

A strong advocate for fostering community development, promoting economic opportunities, and advancing racial equity.

Ibrahima Souare is a prominent advocate for economic opportunity and racial equity in the greater New York area. With over 12 years of experience in community and economic development, his professional journey has taken him to esteemed local and national nonprofit organizations, government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as other private corporations. As a servant leader who immigrated to America from Guinea (Conakry, West Africa) in search of improved economic, educational, and social opportunities, he has come to deeply value the act of doing good for oneself by assisting others in navigating socio-economic challenges.

In line with this commitment, Ibrahima has dedicated himself professionally to advocating for and supporting small business owners, entrepreneurs, young individuals, and those in need. He firmly believes that faith, hope, hard work, positivity, and collaboration with others can lead to a fulfilling life.
